problems editing some files(finding the things to edit)

those two files i cannot edit not because i have problems opening them but i have problems finding where to but or replace stuff

the other files i had no problems with. these i cant find the code to edit on those files

What are you trying to edit, it would help if you were a little more specific.

Finding them is a matter of navigating out to that spot on your server.

The CMPS has not required any file changes for quite a while. Unless you're running vBulletin v3.0, it sounds like you're trying to install a rather old version.

i just got vbulliten not long ago( one or two days) and i downloaded cmps(dont know which version) and the files i said ere the ones it wanted me to edit. is there a current one i can download if the cases is that mine is to old(

also the file must of been older, lol i went to vublliten.org and got it.
