When I go to the links directory on the forum, I try to add a link and it just sits there loading. Nothing happens.

What am I missing? :)

I tried to take a look, but couldn't see much as a guest... Do you have a test account that I could login with? Or, if you would rather submit a support ticket then that would work too.

I'm guessing that's an account you created for me at some point? I tried to login using some of the passwords I typically use, but none worked.

Thanks. I just tried submitting a link to vbadvanced.com (and deleted it afterwards), but didn't have any problems. Is it perhaps just a particular web site that you're having a problem submitting?

Thanks Brian! Must be the link I'm trying to put in.
Works with the others....strange. But thank you!

UGH! This is crazy LOL
Some links it takes and others it just acts like it's loading and nothing happens.
Am I missing something? it's happening to others too.

I assume the sites you're trying to add are valid, right? If so...

Admin CP => vBa Links => Modify Settings => Main Options => Remote Site Function

You may want to try changing that setting to 'fsockopen' and see if you have the same problem. The fsockopen function does not have as thorough of a check and will let some sites through that the CURL functions will see as invalid due to the headers the site sends back.
