Here Is my problem,

Note this is after installation

1. Ok From reading the installation guide I read that you had to have vbulletin main file renamed to "forum". As now mine is named upload.

So I went to my ftp and renamed it forum. However when I post, the standard posting box that shows up with the Bold/Italics/fonts and stuff I cant click and they dont work.

So I went back and renamed the upload file from forum back to upload. Now the post box works again. However the index page for cmps links wont work because they have to be set up to a forum directory like it said in installation.

---------------------------------------------------------------

So my question is,

1. How can I fix the post code to work if I change my main folder from upload to forum

2. Or How can I make it so the files go to there right location on the cmps index page rather then the /forum address one.

Any help is greatly appreciated. TY!

The instructions do not say that your vBulletin files need to be in a folder called 'forum'. 'forum' is used as a reference throughout the install file though. Just upload the files from the 'forum' folder in the CMPS package to your 'upload' folder and then follow the rest of the install instructions.

I unisinstalled, then removed all of its files from my host. Then I reinstalled through the process again. However if you go to my cmps page here
http://unitedartists.newsit.es/upload/main.php

you can see that for example that the Forum page link under site navigation bar goes here http://unitedartists.newsit.es/forum/index.php

When it should go here http://unitedartists.newsit.es/upload/index.php

How can I change this to go to the upload rather then forum?

Admin CP => vBulletin Options => Site Name / URL / Contact Details => Forum URL

Make sure that you have that option set to the correct URL to your 'upload' folder.
