I've made all the correct modifcations when i go to install the portal i get a white page... Actually i'm getting a white page everywhere now!!!
I know that usually means the code is wrong somewhere!
anyone have any suggestions?
I tried to restore my backup and i can't even get that to show up normal now! Also i can't get into my admin cp in order to restore the templates :o
I'm on vb 3.03

If it's affecting your whole forum then that most likely means you mis-hacked your functions.php file. Try getting a fresh, un-hacked version of that file and reapply the changes using Notepad or another simple text editor. Do NOT use Dreamweaver or any similar programs as they have been known to cause problems.

My page is still white.
I used a fresh functions.php file from a new install of 3.03 made the change using word pad and re-uploaded the file... Still no luck. Everything is white :(

I'm not really sure what would be causing that off the top of my head. If you'd like to fill out a support ticket via the Member's Area here though I'll be glad to take a look.

I will do that, thanks a lot! :)
EDIT: This may be a stupid question but where is the support ticket? I can't find it

If you can get your host to turn on error reporting in php for a while that white page may show up the relevant errors and assist in finding where the error is.
