Hi,

I know this is going to sound so lame

Anyhow, I get the impression that vbadvanced CMPS replaces VB in the sense that you cannot use modules/themes for vbadvanced CMPS that you can use in VB. Am I right in this assumption?

If this is true, then what of my vbulletin site that has 20-30 modules already installed? If I install vbadvanced CMPS will these modules cease to work?

Thanks and appologies for the lame question

Not lame at all as far as I know.

CMPS is a module for VB like any other. I have seen some rare occasions where existing modules were affected by putting on the CMPS but not much.

(I have very limited experience, keep that in mind)

For instance, I had the arcade for VB installed before CMPS and it did not affect it at all.

I assume that by 'modules' you mean 'hacks'? Our CMPS uses a module system, but vBulletin does not have anything that they refer to as 'modules'.
Either way, the CMPS will not affect any of your other hacks that you have installed.
