Some Questions from Russia :)

Hello, friends.
Some days ago I have installed vBadvanced 3.0 RC1 CMPS on my portal. So I have some questions about it.

1) How can I make so that the top panel (where links Home, Register, Today, Members, Calendar, FAQ, Search located) contained links not to a root directory of a portal (ex. http://www.host.com/), but to a directory "forum" (ex. http://www.host.com/forum) because now links on my page look as http://www.host.com/faq.php, and it is necessary to me, that they looked as http://www.host.com/forum/faq.php
And tell me please where I can edit it, because in index.php I have not found needed lines.

2) How to make a window with the counters and banners, like "Links on Internet" on your site etc.?

2). You could add a new BB code or template module with links. There are not any options by default that are going to allow you to count the number of hits to those links though.
