Where can I find an installation guide?

Well, I downloaded it and all I have is a .php called "products" I don't know what to do from there because I can not find an installation guide on this website, I have checked everywhere, if anyone could tell me how or direct me to where I can learn how to install vbadvanced that would be awesome XD
