Looks really great and I'm looking forward to installing it. I am in the process of moving servers and would like to set my site up on a test/development platform first, before switching it all over to the actual live domain (my test site - thefloorpro.net, my live site - thefloorpro.com). Of course, I would like to continue to keep the application on the dev site to facilitate updating and add-ons over time before applying them to the live site.

vBulletin and all the other product vendors allow this under certain conditions and I am sure you will too (at least hoping so). However, I wanted to get this issue out to help confirm it and your limitations concerning it.

Thanks again,

Jim

Yes, running it on a dev site is fine. Just please be sure to include that domain in the "Additional Domains" section for your license so that it won't throw any red flags when we do checks to see what sites have installed the product.

How can I do this? When I go to purchase the product, there doesn't seem to be any option for "additional domains." I'd like to purchase the license for my site (http://www.mouseowners.com), but I need to run it on my test site (http://www.thedvcsite.com) and figure things out first.

Is the "additional domains" option only available in the members area after purchasing the license?

Thanks.

The Additional Domains can be entered after purchase by clicking on the 'Edit License Details' link next to your license in the Members' Area.
