Template modification

Does anyone know where in the template to add a 1 pixel black border around the whole board, and how I change the default grey border around the white? I know html, but I cannot find where to change this...

in style manager>all options there is box for table border color

Can anyone tell me why the top logo image, and the table do not line up? Both are 800 pixels wide?
