What is meant by the "Multiple Instance" licensing option ?
If I want to make a blog, articles directory and a file sharing solution,
will that be three instances ? And will the dynamics admin menu show up
three times in the vbulletin admincp if I install three instances ?

Yup... With a multiple instance license, you can basically upload the 'dynamics' folder to 3 (or as many as you want) different locations. Then there are a couple of other steps to install each instance, similar to how you installed the first. After that's done, it's just like having 3 different products installed, and you will have 3 different menus in the Admin CP. You're also given an option to rename the Admin CP menus so it's not hard to tell which instance you're modifying.
For an example of the user side for multiple instances, just take a look at our 3 demos.

Those were installed using multi-instance features.

Is there an additional charge past the initial $49.95 for this multiple site license?

Yes. The multiple license option is an additional $24.99.

So if I wanted to run 3 items it would be $100. I could see $50 for three and then additional @$25 thereafter but this way is too rich for my blood. Nice work though. :)
Tulsa,
I believe it is 49.95 for the initial license and an extra charge of 24.99 if you want to run any number of other instances of the script on the same installation of vBulletin. So the total would be 74.94 for 2 or more instances of vBa Dynamics, as long as they are all installed on the same platform as a single vBulletin installation.

Thanks for that clarification Jim.

Yup, what Jim said. The $24.99 for the multi-instance license allows you to run as many instances of the software as you would like on one web site.

Ahh, thanks, that is good news.

What if you want to install multiple-instance later, can you upgrade then for the same 24.99?
Yes, you can. Please see the order form for all the details.

Yes. When you view your licenses in the Members' Area here, there will be a link that says 'Upgrade to Multiple Instance' under the 'Options / Services' section if that has not previously been purchased. It's the same price whether you purchase it now or later (assuming we don't ever change it, and currently there are no plans to).

If I buy and install another instance, will I have to translate all prases again,
if I install before I translate ? I ask because I understand that different instances can use different phrases.

I knew I had just answered something similar. :)

So I would recommend just installing the secondary instance, then download the language with your translations, do the find/replace, and then upload the language file.
