What happened to the thumbnail?

As admin I tried to edit a member's entry to add and image. It is displaying only the filename and from index.php or showentry it opens a link, not image. I was also under the impression that attachment thumb automatically displays as catego image, but nothing is happening when it is only one attachment. When more than one it will display but as a link!!

Hmm... I see the broken images and such, but don't really have permission to look at much else... Would you mind just submitting a support ticket so I can have a closer look at things?
