Only thing I would suggest, from an unbiased opinion, would be to move the 2 menus on top of each other, so the navagation is in one place. Perhaps move "the Academy" and "MS Office" banners away from the top...maybe one can be in its own Custom Block, and another at the footer of the site. This way it does not hinder folks away from the Title of your board and lessens the "spam" look. Just my 2cp's :) Looks great so far :)
