How to show most recent vbaLinks comments on CMPS pages

I'm trying to find a way to display the most recent vbaLinks replies on a CMPS page. Very similar to this hack, only I'd be displaying the most recent Replies:

Maybe I can just modify that hack to do this?

I'd like to have the first 30-40 characters of the reply show up for each as well....

Sorry, but as far as I'm aware there are not really any modules available that will show the replies. If you're familiar with PHP then you could possibly use the one you linked to as a base.
