RSS image reader?

Hi,
I'd like to import RSS feeds from HERE (http://directory.google.com/Top/Arts/Comics/Comic_Strips_and_Panels/) (various comic strips) to display in custom modules per title.

Problem is, I haven't a clue.

The RSS thing seems, at this moment, to be over my head.

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated. Especially if explained in a most simple manner.

PS: I have searched through the forums for an answer, but could not find one (maybe I did and didn't realize it was the answer:( )

I haven't used the RSS function supplied by vBulletin because its totally forum based.

I was able to find a great hack on vbulletin.org and created this

http://www.thedarktower.com/feeds

by cobbleing that with the CMPS. Let me know if I can help at all but I couldn't figure out the canned RSS for the board either. :lol:

Have a look at Magpie RSS reader. I posted instructions for creating a customized CMPS module with it that should give you an idea how to use it. It can be easily adjusted to pull the images from a feed.
