That looks like error message that would be displayed when a user tries to view your PHP info... Do you have any other hacks installed? I'm assuming eitehr another hack is causing that problem, or you've modified some of the vBulletin code as there's no way you would get that error message otherwise with a default vB install.

And...., do you know one other User, with a default VB :D

Edit: There´s a Problem with the vBCMS Portal 1.2.0 RC2.
It should be, as it doesn´t work at the same time.
Any ideas?
