Can you have modules like this one has added to the article?

Do you mean the "Article Tools" thing there? That's about the only thing that looks similar to a module to me... If so, it does include options for sending links to entries to friends and a printable version, so it wouldn't be hard to copy the code for those and create a new module, or move them around a bit on the showentry.php page.

I would like a module like that so that when you are viewing a particular article that you could print that articles or send that particular article to a frond.
