User permissions and moderation

I see that we can set user and usergroup permissions on things. Can we set new entries to go through moderation? So that new live data is not added until it is approved?

From what I can see, you have the option to moderate entries and attachments for every usergroup.

The attachment is a screenshot of the registered users Group...I highlight the permissions for moderation for both entries and attachments.
