Modules not showing up...

k...i am tryign to add a module (a shoutbox one with iframes), but the modukle wont show up. i know i have the code right because i can preview it where i created the template, but not on the homepage. i have gone over it several times, but it just wont show up!

Code for the shoutbox: (adv_portal_shoutbox)

Just so you know. I used pabox and the script caused all kinds of popups on my site..
