Does Dynamics change any templates?

Since I installed this I get the following message. I don't recall installing anything else..

The templates shown on this page have been updated in the default template set since you customized them.

It could possibly change those templates if you uploaded a module via the 'Download / Upload' module link, and selected the option to overwrite them on the conformation page. It would not change those just during the install though.

The only module I have uploaded is the What's new module.

That module does use those templates, so if you selected the option to overwrite the old ones with the new when you uploaded it, then that would overwrite the templates.
