Help Required with install, we get errors :(

When I go to install this hack (after editing the files, seeing the error, looking on forums for solutions and trying a few things and getting nowhere fast) I still get the same errors..

Parse error: parse error in /home/httpd/vhosts/webdesigningforum.com/httpdocs/forums/includes/functions.php on line 1887

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: devdebug() in /home/httpd/vhosts/webdesigningforum.com/httpdocs/forums/includes/functions.php on line 952

This is on the installer file itself.

If I try to view my forums I get this...

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_browser() in /home/httpd/vhosts/webdesigningforum.com/httpdocs/forums/global.php on line 92

I'm not sure where I've went wrong at all. I'm using the latest vbulletin forum.

Get a fresh, un-hacked version of your functions.php file and reapply the changes using Notepad or another simple text editor. Do not use Dreamweaver or any similar programs.
