Everything looks fine but i have little problem with the template.

Also on top where the Home Forum Torrents User CP. The Nav bar. how do i make it to look like vbadvanced.com when you at home page then the nav bar will only show forum and when you in forum the nav bar will show Home It will look much better that way :D

If you want the blocks to look exactly the same as they do for the style in your forum then you'll need to edit the vBa templates and change the table in each module.
As for the forum/home link:

Hi thanks for reply. i will look at the other post to fix the home/forum
But after i install i get this weired thing. Like in vb homepage. all the register member newpost logout doesn't work. but when you go to forum they works. and when you go back to main it stop working. becoz in home it shows the link like hongfire.com/register.php and not hongfire.com/forum/register.php tho in forum it's the right one. hongfire.com/forum/register.php So i went into templetes and header. edited the link to it's full path. but i am confused at this. i mean is that normal to happen? or shouldn't the installation auto update the link?
The header.php in templete is for both home and forum menus? then why they have different results? am i missing something?
also for the templete at homepage
could you give me abit more infos?
Like where do i find vba templates and what do i edit. sorry to bother you. but i been trying for hrs and still couldn't fix it. :(

The CMPS will replace links in the navbar since that's where they are in vBulletin by default. Since you've moved yours to your header, you'll need to change the links.
vBa templates are in your style manager with the rest of your templates, listed under vBadvanced CMPS Templates.
