Portal messes up after I upload a new skin.. Please help

I don't know what happened. I have spoken to Jake @ vBulletin's LiveSupport and together we arent sure of the problem. I uploaded a new skin and this is what happened. Btw this isn't the new skin. Its been working untill I uploaded the new skin. Any ideas? :(

Huh? I really am not aware that I'm missing a copyright notice? I did not make the style and if it is missing something, I am VERY VERY sorry as I would never try to rip you guys off. Please tell me what to put down.

If you'll just revert your 'adv_portal_footer' template then that should do the trick.
As for your problem... What exactly is wrong? Just the right column missing, or what? Have you recently upgraded your version of vBulletin?

I can't find the adv_portal_footer .. As far as the problem, I seem to be missing the right part. Also for the new skin I uploaded, it won't load with the portal?
