Anyone redesigned the Poll?

Just wondered if anyone has redesigned the poll module? If so, mind throwing up a link? It's a necessity, but I think it can look like a real eye sore depending on the question length and number of options.

Well, yeah, but I just think the module itself can be very bulky in the first place, even with just a few responses. I figured there were others with the same opinion and was hoping someone had edited the template.
