I run a gaming community and started thinking... Can this be used to create a database of "game characters" each user might have for various games played? Maybe they can also add their specific character details into custom fields? Level, Class, etc...
If this is so, I'm all over it...
My follow-up question would be, is it intended to integrate into ther CMPS ? or.... Is it intended to be used INSTEAD of CMPS?
Please advise... =)
Looks interesting!

Yes, I'm sure it could be used for a database of game characters.
It can integrate with the CMPS by using the CMPS's 'Integration' link, and most of the CMPS modules should also be compatible.

Where can I learn more about this?

There's a good post here (http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/showthread.php?t=22586) that explains how to use the integration functions. As for the modules, most any that come with the CMPS or are posted in the Add-On Modules forum here should also work with vBa Dynamics.

Ok, nice step by step... but for some clarification.
1) create a new page within the CMPS... I might call it Dynamics for example. Following the steps.
2) I go to integration...following the directions. using "THIS_SCRIPT" I use the definition in the dynamics index file like:
define('THIS_SCRIPT', 'dyna_index');
3) I associate this to the page name I just made in Step 1... i.e. Dynamics.
So....uhhh.... What did I just do? hehe Will I now see a module that I can have on my CMPS? hehe Sorry, I'm a little confused here.
EDIT::
It seems to have created a link in the NavBar...ok that made sense. BUT here's what I have:

That will basically "wrap" the CMPS page you chose around the file(s) you integrated it with. The normal content from the vBa Dynamics file will be shown in place of the 'Custom Page Content' module of your CMPS page. Then any other modules that are active on the CMPS page you used for the integration should also be shown in their respective locations.
