Refund?

Since I cant get this software to do what I need it to do (http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24309), and I can't seem to get any support on the issue, how can I go about getting a refund?

Sorry, but us missing a reply by you does not constitute grounds for a refund, nor do we offer refunds once the software has been installed.
