New User...cant get modules to show up on cmps_index.php

Hi all,
First let me say I've not had any formal code writing training.
I understand a little bit with the help of frontpage and go live.

I'm having trouble on a vb board for my church. It's a new install, and we've been testing it for a while now. Unfortunately, I can't get any modules to show up with cmps_index.

What am I doing wrong?

If I could get that portal working, I can let our members start using it.

In your global.php file, the first change that you made was supposed to be added above the code mentioned, but you added it below that code. ;)
