Mod to last post by ?

Is there a mod/hack that will do the "Last post by" on the homepage and when you click on the link it will take you to the last post of the thread instead of the first page/first post.

I found this hack for Vba Homepage, but cant find it for CMPS.

Basically i would like it, when you click on the link of the Lastest Threads on the homepage to jump to the last post in that topic.

The last post arrow will already do this. If you want the title to go to the last post, then just copy the link from the last post arrow over the link for the title.
