CMPS & Links Directory Stopped working

Hi,

Deleted my database by mistake now CMPS & Links dir don´t work, had the same problem with the forum too but I ran the Install.php and got that running again, how do I re-run CMPS & Links?

Help !!

Run the installation files for both of them again.
