Read posts are showing up as unread

Since I installed CMPS my posts are showing up as unread after they are read, via the new post button. Did I do something wrong, and can this be fixed? Thanks!

Are they showing up as unread on your CMPS, or is it on your vBulletin 'New Posts' page?

Theyre showing up unread on both the CMPS and the VB forum

That would be a problem with vBulletin then as the CMPS just uses the same functions to determine if they have been read. It does not have anything to do with the process that actually marks them as read though.
