liniting charaters before more...

In the news module, when you limit the characters before the "read more" link, it is counting the cose, and the poster info or something?

If i put 250 characters, it only shows about 125 characters before the read more link ... I have tried losts of settings and it always shows less, must be counting poster info and bb code??

I changed this to the new code, but didn't notice anything change, but I will keep it, since it says its a fix.
