I've saw only few posts regarding S.E url's and general CMS site optimization. and although not a technician, I think I know something about sites optimization-so please don't focus on the reasons of the questions- that's my conclusion...
I need your help to understand if the product will fit for my purpose- so please respond to the following questions:
1- The VB-CMS can work with VBSEO product features?
2- The CMS design is hard coded or made only by CSS file ?
3- If I need a further help with the CMS installation –one of the VBadvanced team team will do it ?
4- …and what about the Vbulletin forum ? or vbseo ? I prefer that only one technician would work on the site..
5- Does anyone has any experience in operate a medium traffic site with mod rewrite for the CMS ? –above 100K unique / month
6- what about CMS and Vbulletin designers ? some nice template made at www.cinvin.com ?
note: I don't have any experience with any of the products in my question so don't think it's sort of recommendation…
I'll appreciate your help !

1). Yes, the CMPS should work fine with vBSEO.
2). It's basically the same as vBulletin. The CSS is handled by vBulletin, and the rest of the code used is called from templates.
3). Yes, we offer professional installation service for $14.99. You should see the option to order this service if you follow the download links for the CMPS from our homepage.
4). Sorry, but we do not provide installation service for any products besides our own.
5). I know of plenty of huge sites running the CMPS, but I can't say that I'm aware of any that are specifically using mod_rewrite on their pages.
6). Sorry, but I'm not sure what you're asking... What about them?

So all parts of the sites url's gets optimized or just the forum part?

The price is clear - but where can I find whats the installation service include and and general description of the working process... ?

So if I want to combine a VBulletin or VBseo to the CMPS ? -who will install it ? what's the working order ? where's the interfaces I should take in account ?

As far as I'm aware, it's just the forum links that get replaced. They may have some additional replacement options though, so you may want to ask on their forums.

Our installation service just includes uploading the files, running the install script, and basically checking everything to make sure that it's working properly.

vBulletin will need to be the first thing installed. After that, the order of installing vBSEO and vBa CMPS really shouldn't matter.
I need someone to design the CMPS pages and the forum pages and I'm looking for recommendations.
I can't really say that I'm familiar with the vB designers that are out there these days, so the best thing I could recommend would be to search the forums over at vbulletin.org (or maybe even vbulletin.com) to see who others are recommending.
