Transferring license

I recently bought back a site I sold a couple of years ago, a site that uses the CMPS product. I would like to transfer that license back to my account. I created a ticket about this in the members area but the ticket was removed without response.

Hello,
A separate CMPS license should be used for each site, so you would just need to follow the links to download the software again to add a new license for {removed}.com.

I see Brina, when I login it says I have no open tickets, I have to view all tickets because it was closed. My mistake.

Ahhhhh... I think I did close it shortly after the reply, so that explains the confusion. I'll see if I can update our ticket system a bit so it will also show recently closed tickets, and hopefully prevent any confusion like that in the future. :)
