Install vb3 microstats hack

I think vb3 microstats hack should be installed on vBadvanced.com. I'd like to see how many queries vbAdvanced uses on various pages, and I'm sure many others would too.

I'm trying not to install more than is absolutely necessary here so that it's not as much of a pain to upgrade. Here's a list of the number of queries each module uses though:

News and News Archive - 1 query
Latest Threads - 1 query
Poll - 1 query
Welcome Block - 2 (one for the avatar, one for new posts)
Buddy List and/or Online Users - 1 query
Mini Calendar - 3 queries (none for the simple calendar)
Stats - 2 queries
Qucik Moderation - 4, but will only be executed for users who have permission to view the module
