I just wanted to get some feed back on using cmps, and how search engines deal with it...

I currently use a static html for my website's index page, and over the last 2 years have painstakingly optimized it for certain keywords....and I'm happy to say that my website appears in the top 5 on all the keywords I've targeted in Google.

So here's my question, I'm planning to turn the static paragraphs and keywords i use on my home page, to bb modules in vbadvanced...fixed text, and a fixed position too..... so how would search engines deal with this? will it be archived properly? will the word count be affected? and most importantly, will my ranking for the keywords go down?

I already realize that replacing a static html page, with cpms will increase the page size and load time and take more server resources, but what im more concerned about is my search engine rankings...

So has anyone made this switch? what are the results, and what recommendations can you give me?

I think this is probably an important topic for many people planning on using cmps, so lets have some feedback and discuss results..

Thanks......

There shouldn't really be much of a difference at all as far as search engines go if you're just basically going to re-create your current page using the CMPS. It does include options for custom meta tags and such for each page, so it shouldn't be too much trouble to convert things.
