Layout change

My site has been off line for a while re-opened it to find that the CMPS layout is incorrect (at least in my browser) with the left hand modules displaying in the centre column. Is this my browser? and unavoidable or an error I can fix?

Sounds like you may have some invalid code in one of your modules... Is this happening on your homepage? I took a look, but don't see anything that looks unusual there. If that's not the correct page, can you link me to the page where you're having this issue?
