View Full Version : Support ticket - no reply?

Hi, I sent off a support ticket a few days ago. I have contacted the admin since to see if you had received it but have received no reply, and the ticket hasn't been updated.
Maybe there is some sort of problem with my account?
Can the admin at very least confirm for me they have received my support request.

I'm sorry for the delay. I started to look into the issue the morning after you submitted the ticket, but was not seeing anything obvious and planned to come back to it. A good friend of mine just passed away a couple of days ago and I had to take about a day and a half off. I'll be checking any remaining open support tickets shortly though.
