Only see first post

Helo all,

I posted first article, system showed it normally. Other users posted replies. Only users posting a reply see all posts. New users (not replying to that thread) only see my very first post. Which setting do I need to check in order to make all posts display? (Not having a manual is hard!)

When you say that some users are seeing the first post, do you mean the actual first reply to the entry, or are they only seeing the entry without the replies below it? If they're only seeing the entry, then it sounds like you just need to update the usergroup permissions and enable the 'Can View Replies to Entries' for that group. If they are actually seeing just the first reply and no others, can you link me to a page where this is happening?

Only entry, without the replies. All groups has been marked 'Can View Replies to Entries'. I just PMed you a link

There's not anything I'm aware of that could cause a problem like that, but if you would like to submit a support ticket via the Members' Area here then I'll be glad to take a look at things for you.
