vBadvanced CMPS not in admin panel

I installed vBadvanced CMPS 3.0 rc2 on my board tonight and everything seemed to install successfully. However, I don't have the vbAdvanced CMPS group of options in my admin panel? I'm running vBulletin 3.6.8

I've searched the forum and read through the FAQs... I'm at a loss... does anyone have any ideas?
