What is problem with my copy of news module.

Hi all,

I try to make a copy of news module, give it a name, then add it into a newly added page.

But in the final result, the copy of news module did not display on the new page.

Please tell me there is something I forgot or missed in order to show out that news copy on that page?

Did you make sure to select some threads or forum(s) to pull threads from for the copy of the module? Do you have the original news module and the copy active on the same page? If so, does the copy display if you disable the original news module?

Ok. It solved. I have to copy a newsarchive module for that newly added news module accordingly.

I don't know why, but it works.

I had the same problem as btkhoi. Just as they had to create an archive for their news copy, I had to as well.

Is this normal? I don't recall doing this for other sites that I have run vBAdvanced on.

And yes, when I set the original news module to Inactive, the copied module's content showed on the page.
