...of my CMPS at vbadvanced.com yet they did an half-assed installation and they won't respond any of my attempts to contact them [support ticket, e-mail to admin, e-mail to sales@vbadvanced.com PM to admin] now what is this? i PAID i'm not asking help for free!
I encourage everyone not to pay for their 'professional' installation service.

I am the one who took care of your instaltion i responded to your last support ticket and fixed the problem.
Your server was having problems during the install and it never really cured up while i was doing my install.

Please understand that this is a weekend. Your email, PM, and this post were all done less than 24 hours ago as well, while the install was purchased and started yesterday. Though I am around as much as possible, I (and I'm sure Zachery as well) do have a life. I spent the night at my father's house last night since we were leaving early this morning for a canoeing trip and have just gotten back, and replied to your email before I started checking the posts on here.
As for the 'half-assed job', from what I could tell from the tickets it looks like Zachery only forgot to make the template changes, and replied to the ticket one minute after he closed it to ask for your server information again. I'm sorry you feel the way you do, but we are both human and will ocassionally make a mistake. We have also handled quite a few installations and I believe you are the first person with any type of complaint.
