Hello all,
I have very limited coding experience and we need to incorporate what will be a registration form on the CMPS home page for some custom content on our racing Site. . This form will contain some Rules and upon completing I'd like them to tick a check box and click submit. Upon doing that...
1) A PM/E-mail will be sent to admin indicating user has read and agreeded to rules...
2) a User Profile field (field9) will get ticked ...
3) Add user to a Specific User Group. (group will already exist)
It'd be a lot like the Regular registration form when Joining the site but with different Text Content and a few different Funtions (the ones I mentioned above) when Submit is hit.

I'm using vb3.5.4 and cmps 2.1.0 php4.38 and MySQL 4.0.18
