Welcome module

I just made a welcome module for the vBa portal page that is essentially the same as the welcome message that appears on the forumhome page. I was going to upload it and release it here if anyone wants it but didn't know if there was already one here. I've searched but didn't see one. So, does anyone know of one before I go ahead and release mine? I don't want to tread on any toes by releasing a reinvention of the wheel.

Doesnt matter if the mod released already, just publish your work and let the people choose yours over the existing mod. :)
