Lost my vblinks accounts?

Hi,

Just thought I'd update my forum to 3.6.8 which broke my cmps, I upgrade that, seems ok thank you :)

Then I noticed my links section was dead, couldn't remember who I bought it from, then ahah it was from here.

I logged in, but don't have privs to download the latest edition, that was using my Russ_T account, so I thought "Maybe I had a different account?". I logged in under this account (Russ) and again same problem. I can't see I'd have had a different account again.

Can anyone advise me how I go about retrieving my details or getting access to download the latest version please? As you can see my links section is very much broken :(

Russ,

It looks like you have several accounts.

Russ_Taylor = Your vBa Links account
Russ = A CMPS license
Russ_T = A CMPS license

If you have problems accessing your Russ_Taylor account please submit a support ticket so that we can privately tell you what email address is associated with that account.

Also, since having multiple accounts is frowned upon, once you get the Russ_Taylor account up & running again mind if we consolidate your three user accounts into your main Russ_Taylor account?

If you could consolidate them all into Russ_T as that's the one I usually think of first. At some point I've tried to log in with that, got it wrong, assumed I didn't have an account and signed up as Russ_Taylor. And probably the same with Russ.

Sorry for confusion. I'll log in to Russ_Taylor now to get my download and when you get chance if you could just delete everything but Russ_T and get all my vbAdvanced juju into Russ_T that'd be fantastic.

I just renewed my licence, I can see the download link for it now, but it takes me to this page (I tried clearing my cache).


Russ_T, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Looks like I forgot to add you to the 'Links Users' usergroup, or I think I was assuming that would be done automatically when I merged your accounts. I've just updated your groups though, so you should be able to download it now without any problems.
