Same module in different column on different pages?

Is there a way to have module A appear in the left column on page X, but in the right column on page Y ?

No, of course not.

But has anyone found an easy maintenance-free lemon-scented pocket-sized battery-powered fully warranted multi-lingual simple easy one-step workaround?

Make another module and put it on the right side of the page and disable it in all except the page you want it to be on the right. I think this will work. :)
