I am running vbulletin 3.7 BETA 3 in conjunction with vbadvanced 3.0 RC 2.0 and vbdynamics 1.0.0.

Everything is going GREAT, with one exception.

I would like to have a module on my CMPS which lists the latest articles, as the recent threads module does.

I stink at coding and when I try to copy modules, I kill things.

I would like the option to display a module which displays the latest posted articles.

Sorry if this question was asked before, or even included, but, I couldn't find it.

I would like for the module to display as a news module, but any help what so ever is appreciated.

Have you tried this:

That is beautiful, however, anyway to display it on a side column as a "smaller" module?

BTW, the above referenced thread was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Thanks ttnb!

If you turn on the 'Enable Dynamic Template Resizing' setting for the module then it should shrink and use the 'lean' template when placed in a side column.

that worked perfectly. Thanks much Brian and ttnb.

Thanks. I am still tweaking it to make it run a little smoother, and I am starting to condense some areas. I am hoping to launch it publicly February 1.

Is there really no latest articles module? I expected a high interest in this.

The original thread was deleted since a new version was released.
