Random image in a block

How do I make a block that pulls a random image from a folder?

I know there are different modules available in the Add-On Modules forum here that will pull random images from other photo software, but I'm not sure if there are any that will pull a random photo from a specified folder. Wouldn't hurt to search that forum to see though.
