RSS scroling in ticker tape type

hi i would like to get some rss football news scrolling in a ticker tape kind of box on my forums football section.

is there a ticker tape text scrolling module already ?

I think he means like an NFL ticker that scrolls scores and such like at the bottom of espn and so on..
