Very clever vba module, can someone help me?

I ran a long across this forum and they have used the portal in a very clever way, as you can see from the image the've created blocks with a picture of a mobile (in this case) when you click on the picutre or title it brings you to a review page about the model, any help would be appreciated.

well i woudn't know i got it from topsony.com it's in the center column as you can see, i would appreciate it if someone could help me out on this one because it's very usefull :)

Why not just make a catalog or something ,I think even vb dynamics may have something like this and then put them onto your frontpage like posts with images,so when a user clicks on the image they go to the review?
