Importing Theme - vBa not changed?

Like the title says...we recently made our first theme off a copy of the default template. When importing it however, the main page (vBa) is unaffected, but the normal vbulletin works as it should.

What is causing this and how can we fix it?

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Edit Pages => Default / Homepage => Custom Style For This Page - Make sure that option is set to 'Use Default Style'.
