I keep getting this weird url as well when trying to enter "Forums"
the url shown is
http://www.lamborghini-talk.com/vbforums=645b91047215d93cb5ac1ed9fcc39e98&

This is how I had the link defined in the template file:

<td class="vbnav_menu"><a href="$vboptions[bburl]?$session[sessionurl]">Forums</a></td>

I removed the session url bit.
